Got an old bikini set & feeling like you want to throw it out? Try to mix & match it with a different piece to create something new instead. Mix & match bikinis gives you an opportunity to rock your own look & to give the usual style a little funk so don’t be afraid to change things up this Summer.
I’m matching the deep blue sky & clouds here with these colours; white & blue. This T-back, herringbone print triangle bikini top with a clasp fastening at the front is one of my favourite designs right now. It’s so much easier to put on in comparison to your usual string-tie at the back bikinis. I also find that it accentuates what you already have which is a win-win situation for those who need a boost in the chest department. I got this bikini top from Glassons & wasn’t happy with the design for the bottom so I decided to turn it into one of my mix & match suits; pairing it up with a one-off bikini bottom that I purchased from Seafolly. You probably like to pair two entirely different bikinis together which makes perfect sense because that is the whole idea of ‘mix & match’ after all. However, I prefer to make my suits appear as if they are a ‘set’ so I tend to always place pieces that have entirely different patterns, yet still compliment each other due to sharing a common colour hence I have used white as the primary colour for this mix & match suit.
