SMOOTHIE BOWLS

Welcome to the latest trend in the health food community, smoothie bowls. One of my beautiful friends introduced me to this & I immediately made it a part of my breakfast selection. Smoothie bowls are pretty much what they sound like; a smoothie in a bowl, except the consistency is much thicker than your average bottled counterparts. Scoopable, yet light enough to leave you feeling ready, up & running.

Just a fun & fresh way to add fruits/greens/superfoods to your diet without jeapardising taste. They’re so easy to prepare, you can simply create any combo of flavors, top it with your favorite fruits &/or other crunchy things & wallah! I mentioned earlier in my previous post on Smoothie Ideas that I have become a smoothie nut! Blending everything just makes intake so much easier so I’ve been utilising my NutriBullet almost every single day for the past 4 months. Here are some of my flavor combos;
